Ben Anghileri

Ben is clinical director and head of advanced imaging at Oakham Veterinary Hospital.

After graduating from the RVC in 2002 Ben spent several years gaining a grounding in mixed practice and a year travelling the world before moving into 100% Equine practice at Oakham. Initially starting as an ambulatory vet, Ben has moved over to the referral hospital side of the practice and has gained a wealth of experience in diagnostic imaging, including CT, nuclear scintigraphy and MRI. Having worked with MRI since 2008 he is one of the most experienced equine MRI vets in Europe. 

Outside of work Ben is kept busy by his wife and 3 children. He is also a big rugby fan who coaches his eldest son's team and is a season ticket holder with Leicester Tigers.
